Return, Refund and, Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation and Modification Policy
At Vibe HRS, we strive to process and dispatch all orders quickly. However, due to our fast order fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations once your order has been placed.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible by email at contact@vibehrs.com. To expedite your request, include "Cancel my order" in the subject line of your email and provide your full name and order number in the body of the email.
We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed at our warehouse.
Return and Refund Policy
- Return Period: Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with the package delivery label intact. For hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Digital books
- Proof of Purchase: To initiate a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt and inform you of our decision. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within one week.
- Delivery Costs: Reimbursement for delivery costs is only possible if the withdrawal occurs before the parcel is dispatched.
- Late or Missing Refunds:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card issuer; there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: We will replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at contact@vibehrs.com.
Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for the cost of returning your item.
- Shipping Responsibility: Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. For items worth more than $50, we recommend using a delivery service with tracking or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
- Return Procedure: To return a product, contact us by email at contact@vibehrs.com. We will provide you with instructions and the address for our warehouse.
