Order Cancellation Policy

Due to our quick processing times, cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not yet been processed. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

Address Error

Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information when placing your order. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately. Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information or for orders that are refused or undeliverable due to inaccessible or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned to us due to address issues, we will offer you a refund minus shipping costs or reship the order based on your preference. Refunds or reshipments will only be processed once the package is received back by us.

Return Policy
